Please initiate Level 2 fax inquiry and after a week level 3.
Your case should have been approved or atleast an RFE generated. If you don't make enough noise you will have to suffer. Please check the other thread, some listed today that have information on how to instanciate fax inquiry on your own. Or check with your lawyer to see why he is not doing so himself.
