coincidentally, i recd the re-FP notices and BCIS' reply letter to the inquiry done by my lwyr on the same day by mail!! my lawyer did inqry (donno how.. phn, fax or letter?) some time in oct

in the case status inquiry response, it says, my case has been assigned to an officer for adjudication very recently (blah) (blah)...and that i shud allow 45-60 days (blah) (blah)...there was no date mentioned on the letter, but it was postmarked 12/4

re-FP is schd for Jan2-04, but I plan to go early...

don't know if this RFE status indicating the re-FP notices that I've already recd by mail or is indicating something else on the way......

looks like website's status as RFE was updated on 12/6

so guessing BCIS considers re-FP as one of the evidence, hence RFE status!

very unlikely. you might see a RFE letter soon requesting for other documents.
