Hi All,

Just wanted to share with you all the news that my case has been approved. This morning I saw the much awaited email. Still waiting for approval on my wife and daughter's cases.

Thanks for all your support and i wish u all get approved faster.

485 RD: 2/13/02
first FP: June 02
second FP: May 04
RFE received: Jun1 04
RFE received by INS: Jun 8 04
Case approved: July 8 '04
 
RFE was for

- last 3 paystubs
- address confirmation
- tax filings for past 3 yrs
- W2s for past 3 years

I did not followup. I was going to ask my attorney to check. it happened before that. they had probably set some reminder - they approved it exactly 1 month after receipt of response to RFE>
 
checked again and found..

that my wife's and daughter's cases have been approved too. Thanks guys for all your support. i know how the agonizing wait feels - but, keep the faith. your time is around the corner.
