Once I recieve my approval letter, do I need an appointment to get my passport stamped or can i just walk in. any other caveats for passport stamping in general. planning to go to SFO office. Thanks.

You don't need anything other than your approval letter. Just show up with your approval letter and stand in the appointments line. Good luck! :)
