Thanks for the detailed stats. Looks like we do have some Dec approvals anyway (most likely ageouts though;-(:( ) Keep us ported on these two days....
 
update 11/08/02

As we all have expected, no activity on both date in the past week. We may have a few more weeks like this, since JIT went backward...

wac02-064 RFE received!!!!!

One wac02-064 case been touched during this week:

Last run (11/08/02) --- resumed on 4/23/02
this run (11/15/02) --- RFE received on 11/15/02

Don't know if I missed the "RFE sent", or CSC didn't update the online message till now.

wac02-065 remained the same.

Please look at the first post for stats details.

You are right yih, you never missed to count the RFE sent status. Its only for me, the RFE recd ( Good or Bad???) status ...
I neither recd any RFE nor replied back. I checked with my lawyer also, he also confirmed the same. How this happened, why this happened..? any idea?

Have your AVM also changed to the same message, RFE recvd? You may need to talk to IIO to find out what's going on. It could be an input mistake.

BTW, what's your FP location?

my finger print location

my finger print location was oakland. Yes, my AVM also changed to " On Nov15 response to RFE recd"

I really surprised, till day before yesterday, status was "On april23 your result of finger print recd...."

If they really RFE issued, I will be in limbo.... I changed job on 160th day, and no H1, on the top of it, my sponsoring company facing a closure....

I am currently working on EAD, in hourly w2 contract ...I am not sure whether my contracting company will be ready for issue a full time employment letter...!

Also, I am planning for brining my wife and kids on follow to join after my approval...

if you have any inputs please let me know..

The range is 50000~59999. WAC02-064-59999 is not a I485 case.
BTW, there is no change for both wac064 & wac065.
 
Sorry for the confusion. I meant the wac02-046 approval from SillyMan's scanning result.
