WAC02-057 , Attorney applying 3rd AP

Yesterday got an email from Attorney again that he is
applying 3rd AP as AP/EAD are taking 6 months to approve
and my AP is expiring in Dec 2003. Attorney wants to make money
from my company.
 
For a 02-057, it is hard to believe that he already needs to file for #3.

I'm a 02-46, and my 1st EAD hasn't even expired, the 2nd one hasn't even gotten approved .. geez dude, your attorney is a bloodsucker.
