wac # and ND

I have a RD 1/23 and ND 1/26 But my case # is wac-01-115-xxxxxx

it should be wac-01-086-xxxxx. What happened?

I think ur ND is 2/26 and not 1/26. Since if u add 30 odd days to 086, it comes to around 2/26 date .
