People with WAC# 250 to 260, are you planning to
send any faxes to remind INS that they forgot most
of the cases in this range?

I am thinking ,instead of giving a particular WAC #,
maybe we can all send a fax on the same day,
drawing INS\' attention to this range of WACs.

any ideas? We have to do something, otherwise
INS will be happy to continue processing cases with
RDs much later. Obviously INS wants to claim \'6 month
processing time\'. So they are rushing to process some
Oct/Nov RD cases.

let me know what you think.
anyone has the fax number and format of the letter, please
post it here.

I just had my attorney fax an inquiry!

You seem to be right about that range- WAC-01-250 ~ WAC-01-260! In fact I just posted a message on it else where.. Anycase- I think its a good idea to fax an inquiry (and I already did!)

DesiInDistress "Any one with WAC-01-263-XXXXX is still pending approval ???" 3/11/02 7:42pm

I don\'t know what the number is, or what the format looks like- but your attorney should know! Its a somewhat awkward process.. you have to fax first inquiry after its been 90days past your FP.. then if the INS doesn\'t respond in certain time period (a couple of weeks), you\'ve got to follow the next step, faxing yet another inquiry to another number (I think)! If that step doesn\'t work either, then your attorney could call some number (which is different than 949-831-8427) and talk to the INS directly! You can\'t do anything yourself on that number!
Anyway, I hope it works out for us!

I don\'t have it..

Please read what I edited to my first message! My lawyer won\'t give me that info- saying that it is not a public information as INS doesn\'t want abuse of that fax number. I think my lawyer lies at his own convenience.

have u hired a lawyer or a liar?

ok, bad joke. gotta get off the message board before somebody lambasts me for bad humor ;-)

Haha..

Apparently he\'s more of a liar than a lawyer.. (or atleast more skilled at being a liar!)
but Oh wait... isn\'t being a liar (on top of being annoying) a prerequisite to become a lawyer?
haha. my bad. ;o)
