Does this mean my case is assigned to an officer ?
Can I get the FP done early than the schedule date? (6/04) Is there any risks? Thanks.

Did u get notice to do FP 6/04? If so then u can try but if not u have to wait for notice even if the old one has exp.

think touch date just means someone might have looked at file. It only means something if the status changes online. So many touch dates listed on forum some with approval some still pending.
