WAC--16X- cases, too long time to wait

My RD is April, 2001. FP in Nov. 2001. the AMV is still no change. Any similar situations? what happened to us?

  AVM still says on May 8th we have received your application
  it is taking 975-999 days to process ....

I am afraid that we are lost between systems changes -
I did not get my FP notice until faxing 3 times and attorney
faxing 2 times. Should we start faxing inquires about our cases ?

I would wait until end of april before

starting faxing CSC. This is because your fp was late and
was done only on feb 7 2002

So give them a little time
