DJay ... you forgot to mention the details of the RFE (which you say might have triggerred the approval). When/what was it about?

congratulations!
one question..I have seen lots of people get 140 approved after replying to RFE. Do you think you/ur attorney deliberately didn't submit all documents together to induce an RFE. I see this kind of trend lately, so just curious! If u miss some doc, they send RFE, u reply and get approved??

Desi145, It was not done deliberately. My attorney sent all possible documents when I filed i-140 and i-485 (I was their first case to be filed concurrently)
