Sent Fax last week, asking about FP2, as the expiry date on FP1 was July 23rd, 2004.
I must thank all the folks who suggested the fax concept. I would not have got this piece, had it not been for the folks on this forum

Yes I did
on 7/03 was last LUD (n-1)
Then today 7/07 (this was n, when the approval emails were generated)

Prior to n-1, I had LUD on 6/07, and 5/26

(I never looked before May 2004--so no idea of what happend prior to that)
