Just read the magical words - "This case has been approved." I just don't believe that my case has been approved so soon. I was preparing myself for another 1 year of wait.


This is a EB-2 Case. I-485 was *NOT* filed concurrently with I-140.

Fingerprinting done 01/14/03
RFE received 03/17/04 (For EVL, W-2, Tax returns etc.)
RFE replied 04/02/04
RFE received by USCIS 04/14/04
Case approved 04/28/04.

My wife's case (WAC-03-037-5XXXX) also has been approved
