I checked the status this morning, it says both me and my wife's case were approved.

Change job, Dec, 2001
FP Mar, 2002,
FP July, 2003

Change attorney.
filed AC21 notice.

FP Oct, 2003,

RFE Oct, 2003
RFE received by INS, Feb, 2004,
AP, Mar, 2004

This is an AC21 cases,

I filed 3 W-2 form( 2 for 2001, 1 for 2002 ), and EVL for the RFE.

I have got so many helpful informations from this forum, I do want to say "Thank you for you all", without this forum, I wouldn't make it.

it is laid off.

the company cut off the whole department...I was lucky I found a job within 20 days after 9.11
