I am a waiter in LA area:

02-033-5****, EB-1A, RD 10/03/01, ND 11/07/01, FP 12/01/01 (Santa Ana), Resumed 01/09/02, VAM no further change since then.

But my friend, also FP in Santa Ana, 02-034-5****, EB-2 (NIW) got approval as early as on 05/15/02.
