WAC-02-169.... Still no Finger printing notice??

I am still waiting for the FP notice. any help would be appreciated.

is there anyone with the same or similar RD and not got their FP notice?

what should i do to get the FP initiated?

My case is filed in California.. my employer is based there but i am working in Virginia.. and live there.

is there any complicatiions because of this?

My RD is Feb 13, 2002. Still no FP-notice.

I guess, INS works in wired ways as far as issuance of FP-Notice is concerned. You can call IIO (although I doublt if that will help) or send Fax inquiries to CSC.
 
My I-485 ND is Jan 22, 2002. I have not received FP notice yet. I sent FAX inquiry last week. Hope it will do something for my FP notice.
