Mango_pickle - I did not receive an RFE .. I am shocked myself.. first of all I never expected the approval so early, I had given it at least 8 more months and RFE along with it was a given.

Will definetely have a great prayer for all the freedom seekers.

I think you're one of lucky applicants who filed in late April 2002.
As the CSC had delayed to issue (first) fingerprint notice, your fingerprint is not expired.

Regarding RFE, the CSC might have changed the policy due to the pressure for backlog reduction.
