Hi all, I just checked on the BCIS online status page.

Approval Date: Feb 24th 2004
WAC#: WAC-02-134-****
Notice Date: March 13th 2002
1st FP done: June 2002
RFE (EVL, Tax docs): May 2003
2nd FP done: Feb 7th 2004

I have a question. I got married after applying for AOS. And she hasn't sent out her I-485 yet. She was on H4. What's her status now?

Well you may have an issue if you got your greencard and your wife is still on H4

Pls contact an attorney immediatly since once your GC is approved, your H1 is nullified and hence her H4

Contact your Attorney ASAP

I hope its not as serious as I think.

As you have not stamped your passport yet , is there
no chance that you apply for her 485 saying yours
is pending? given the fact that you have not yet received
any document from USCIS.

Assuming applying for spouse after GC is not a good thing.

Just a suggestion, talk to a lawyer as Ram said.

Any spefific reason that you know on why you got ur RFE and approval sooner....?

Pls, check with a lawyer ASAP on your wife's status.
If she was outside USA, in this case, her H4 would have been void and she had to go thru consular processing (which takes 6-12 months to get GC from home country's US-embassy).

On the other hand, if she is in the USA: not sure what her status is now (Not H4 as your H1 is no longer valid, not AOS as you haven't filed for her I-485). Contact a lawyer ASAP...
 
congratulations ....but sorry to say you have got big trouble ahead. Wonder why you have't applied for your wife 485...got to ur lawyer ASAP
