Hi,
I was first time fingerprinted in April 2002. Most of my friends who had their I-485s filed after me, have received their 2nd FP notice.
Now I feel concerned if my case is stuck as, no 2nd FP notice was received. I changed my address 1 yr back. Do the lawyers also receive FP notices, if not then it could have been lost in mail.
Also my lawyers checked with BCIS in March 2004, regarding my 2nd FP notice and BCIS responded that 'it will be determined at the time of adjudication'
Anyone else there in the same situation? Is it a bad sign in terms of processing or 'case file lost' kind of thing?
regards.
