Hi Guys,

Anyone in this series got their I485 approval/RFE/2nd FP? Just wants to hear from people belongs to this series.

It appears that USCIS is approving from forth to back. How stupid are they?

My wife is WAC-02-107.
1st FP: May 2002
2nd FP: 26 Jan 2004.
No RFE yet.

I haven't seen any early-Feb 02 approval in April (there were lots of late-Feb02 approvals though).
My wild optimistic guess is that officers who are approving Jan 02 cases will take up early-Feb02 cases in orderly manner. Hope I am right (if not, there is a long long wait).
