Question on REF wac 02 103 XXXXX

Message changed today and got email for both me and wife cases today:

On May 24, 2004, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 14 days have passed and you have not received the notice, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.


company A filed labor/140 and got approved through CSC.
But bankrupt and bought by Company B.
Filed 485 thorugh company A just before 1 week of boughtout by company B.

Attorney sent AC21 after 1 year of bought out.
got 3 EAD's / 3 AP's No Refs onthose.

Again Company B Bankrupt after around 2 Years, Comapny C bought Company B.

Now REF on 485
Anything good from these?
Any troble from these bankruptcy by Company A&B any idea

Usually it is better if you have the "TOPIC" in the header as compared to just an annonymous WAC number.

But getting back to your question. I doubt you should have any problems due to changes in company or filings of bankruptcy. It is not your fault and INS won't penalize you. All they probably want in their RFE is to judge the ability of your current company to pay you the requisite salary.
