EVL, Tax returns, pay-stubs, reason not working for sponsor

RFE received by USCIS: May 17, 2004 (AC-21 case)
Received approved e-mail from USCIS - May 28, 2004

Moved from Bay Area to Houston in Nov 2002
Without employment from Aug 21, 2002 - Nov 18 2002
 
Congrats. Thsi gives me some hope. Recieved the same RFE and Lawyer replied to RFE yesterday. AC21 case. Changed employment 8 months after filinf 485 and I140m previously approved. So the waiting begins...

How many days CIS took to change status ?

Can you please post information about your RFE,

How many days CIS took to change your status from rfe sent to rfe recd ?

i.e ref sent by you on date
status changed by cis

in my case, my attorney sent rfe last week, but still no change in my online status :confused:
