The online status has changed to RFE sent on 3/2/04 for myself (Primary) and my wife (derivative) ..

Is it usual for the derivative to receive an RFE ? if so , what are the normally asked documents ?

RFE

My husband (primary applicant ) received RFE. But my status has not changed. Is it normal.

My Second FP results are not updated even after 1 month.

That is ok. Don't bother about your case status on the INS website, it is inaccurate at times.

You could do a couple of things however:
1. Call up FBI to check if they have sent the FP results back to INS.If they have, then you are cool
2. If not, call the local office where you did your FP to check to see if your FP was forwarded

I'm not sure of this is the officer # , but this is what I see in my RFE ..

CSC 11986 WS 24519 DIV I.

Please let me know if any other info is required ..

THE RFEs were for :

(me) EVL, Tax returns for the last three years with W-2s and any schedules , and last three pay stubs ..

(My wife) I-134 or EVL from my employer in original (not photocopy)

BTW , I /we responded to the RFE yesterday (Mailed out yesterday )

I'll keep the forum updated of the developments ..
