Guys,

Any 2nd FP, RFE, approval for the WAC 02 058 series. I did my 2nd FP on 10/15 (received on 10/21) and wonder when should I expect the RFE?

Same position as you (WAC 02 059 xxxx) - resumed after second finger prints on October 21st, 2003.

I suspect that the finger print reruns mainly via external contractors are not part of an IIO review of our cases, just preparation for the next batch of I 485s to be looked at. Otherwise the IIOs would have to wait for the FPs to clear for every case. Perhaps they are becoming a bit more efficient ?
