RFF Sent 08/12/2002
RFE Recvd by INS 08/15/2002

As of 08/15, the AVM says my case will take 160 days.

I also added my spouse on 05/16/2002 on my application
(after my FP) and her FP date is 07/03/2002.

I am waiting and hope it's gonna be a short one

nkboy, Did you check AVM again

to make sure that it is 160 days?

Yesterday for the kid it was 160-180 days and today it again changed to 975-999 days as before. Some other people also, observed similar condition.

For spouse and me it remains the same as Processing resumed from Feb 02....

The AVM says it takes between 160 to 180 days to process
this kind of case but INS has done some pre-processing
before the RFE and it will now take 160 days.

(just the content, not the same wordings)
