wac-02-044 case status

There were quite a few I-485 cases approved lately. Some of them are out of order and way ahead of the game. They are lucky birds. But for those of us still waiting, what can we do to CSC and make sure that they process I-485 in the order the cases were received?

I talked with IIO recently and asked this question. The answer: the cases will be adjusticated in the order they were received. But apparently, it is not the case. Any thoughts on restoring the order?

Also I have not seen any 02-044 cases approved on this forum. Any idea why?

you can do nothing except keep on calling IIOs and further slowing them down :D :D

And if you have not seen any 02-044 cases approved here..then it must be because you don't know how to read ..i think :D :D

Check out kashmir's thread and you will find that about 49% of the 02-044 cases have been approved...if you think that is really nothing or equal to zero then you have too many expectations in life :D:D
