Hello Folks,

I can't believe the words I heard on AVM today morning but online message hasn't changed.

It says it was "Approved" on Feb 14th.

Thanks to all of you and especially those running board. Over the past few months, I have been visiting this site several times a day (more than any other site) and have enjoyed reading all of your posts and exchanging thoughts. Keep up the good work.


Here are the details :

I-140 approved in Oct 2000

I-485 :

WAC-02-041-5XXX
RD : 10/15/01
ND: 11/16/01
FD: 1/25/02
RFE generated on Nov 20th
RFE received on Dec 14th

RFE was last 3 pay-stubs, 2001 W2 and EVL.

Congratulations Dude! You are out of here! :) Well now you don't need to worry about EAD renewals, or AP or anything! :) Enjoy your freedom. I am very happy for you.

So looks like the freeze is really over? :) It is so lovely to see these approvals! :)

Yes, I'm glad I don't have to go through that EAD procedure again. Looks like this is the light at the end of the tunnel.


The way the approvals are coming, I guess, you guys will see your approvals sooner than you anticipated.
 
Here is to hoping you are right but I somehow doubt that. With a RD of Oct 1, 2002, there are a million things that can screw up. But let us not talk about that and bring gloom to this happy moment! Congratulations once again TheWho, I wish you all the best in your new free life! :)
 
Got approval notice by mail yesterday. I received the courtesy copy and my lawyer received the original on the same day.

Do I need to take the original copy or will the courtesy copy suffice ?
