Yes, I have an old case. 2 EADs, to APs, and 2 faxes were sent to the INS, no results. After first fax late in September, the officer replied that my case was given to an officer to be adjudicated within a month. Almost 2 months later nothing has been done, 2nd fax sent and still nothing. No RFE, nothing, just confirmation that it sits on someone desk and will soon be adjudicated. What means soon? days, weeks, years, centuries, ages...

same old "process has been resumed" message for many months.

no RFE though

i called once in october - waiting for fbi background check...
my attorney called 3 week later : reviewing finger prints ...
 
FBI background check and waiting for adjudication are just standard BullSh#$ INS gives. Whenever I call an IIO, that stupid person tells me "we are waiting for FBI background check". Attorney receives fax states "case is with an officer waiting to be adjudicated". No information is consistent. INS is just a beleagured agency full of dolts working.
