The AVM still says " 975-999 days".

What does 01-298 in WAC-01-298-XXXXX stands for?
Have you seen any approvals for anyone in my situation.
Any info. is appreciated.
 
same here . I did fp on 3/19 wac-02-35 still no change in AVM

Call up CSC and ask about the status. In my case they have received the FP and FP is ok...I plan to call in another week or so.

After I got your reply, I called INS and spoke to an IIO.
They have received the FP\'s and they are ok.They are currently
processing the June, 2001 cases and so it might take 90 days
before my file will be looked into.

I heard from a couple fo my friends whose AVM message changed to
".... resumed .....".I asked the IIO about it and he didn\'t seem to quite
understand what it meant (surprising).

Do you have any idea what it means ?

I wish there were some consistency in the way INS performs, as we could have some
statistics to fall back on.

I too asked the IIO if they know why my message has not changed and both IIO\'s ( spouse and I called up seperately ) said that the message will not change ! I dont think the IIO\'s give the right answers...they just parrot the official line of june 2001 approvals.
The processing resumed message ..aparently does not mean anything...if I go by replies that I have got from this msg board..dont call the IIO too often, maybe once in 3 weeks or so..next time I plan to ask if case has been asssigned to officer and if the background checks have been complete..just some new questions.. to see if I get new answers.
