I got an FP notice (in fact 2 notices) second time and my Attorney advised me to go ahead and do it. I assumed the first FP was rejected for some reason, but I didn't bother to figure out the real reason. My AVM changed to processing resumed... only after the second FP. Earlier, it used to play pending review msg.
