Thanks to all you guys for making this place as informative and productive as you have made it... I was worried for once after the RFE, but now it is over...
Cheers guys, best of luck to all that are patiently waiting. Take some solace - it took me 13 years to finally get through to be accepted in this country....

The RFE was for employment verification for me. I was working for a large Telecom Co. that laid off over 50000 people over the last year. I changed job after 180 days and received the RFE on April 18th. INS also issued an RFE for my wife\'s medical (she was pregnant during the initial submission of I-693). We replied with a offer letter from my new employer and my wife\'s new medical. AVM changed to received response to RFE on April 30th.. Finally got the approved message today - exactly two weeks after the receipt of the RFE response.
