485 was approved for both my wife and me. This site has been very helpful during my GC journey. Here are some details for my case.
RD:8/9/01;
ND:9/13/01;
WAC-01-283-XXXXX;
FP: 1/3/01 (scheduled on 2/1/02);
EB2, China;
Process resumed on 1/18/02
AD: 4/9

I also want to share some other minor details which may answer some questions from previous threads:
1>The Priority Date is blank on 485 receipt. But the Priority Date on approval notice is 2/5/01. I don\'t know what is happening but the point is don\'t worry if your notice date is blank.
2>My 140 was approved for CP but I did AOS anyway. It doesn\'t seem to impact anything.
3>AVM still remains "...Process resumed on 1/18..." although I already received approval letters.
4>FP scheduled in Oakland but did early FP in San Jose. It doesn\'t seem to make any difference.

Unfortunately I am still waiting...By the way GOCSC, what was your Priority Date (PD) ? Please let me know...Mine is 2/16/1999.

I am not sure How PD is defined. My Labor certificate was filed in November 2000 and 140 was filed in February.

This will help others in line, System has auto email feature, which sends out email when you post your info with approval, to those who are waiting in your RD month.

I would assume that Priority Date is the Date when your Labor Certification was received by the INS. So for you it seems to be sometime in Nov 2000. That\'s too good. My PD is Feb 1999. :-(
