Did you transfer your case to TX? I just moved CA-TX

Congrats!
I just moved from CA to TX too.
It seems that TX is even slower than CA.
I am hesitating. Did you transfer your case? Do you have to?
Please advise!

no case xfer

hi,

no didn't had to get my case xfer.... but depends on at what stage ur case is... mine was already past their JIT date.... so they had to process at CSC... in any case, i think you should just let 'em know about the new address and, if they require, will xfer the case... else should just process at CSC... don't think you need to request a xfer.... my lawyer tried to request, as part AC-21 letter, but they didn't xfer it....

hope this helps...

good luck! :)
