This time an IIO says that the fingerprints came back from FBI on Jan 23rd and the case isn\'t assigned yet to an officer! These IIO\'s keep going back and forth with my emotions!

Last week they said that it was assigned to an officer.. the week before they said that it wasn\'t.. today once again its not assigned.. AVM says that my FP were received and processing resumed on Jan 9th.. but IIO says that they received FP from FBI on Jan 23rd.. FBI said that my FP went to the INS the day after I did my FP on Dec 12th..
And then I see so many people who did FP after me, and have a RD way after me get their case approved already! Amazing that I keep getting screwed in every step of this process of getting a lousy greencard!
