Finally, my wife\'s and my cases got approved after such long waiting period. Our info:

Sponsored by my company.
Receipt #: WAC-01-236-XXXXX
Rec. Date: 05/17/2001
Noti. Date: 07/19/2001
Finger Print: @12/20/2001 (scheduled at 12/27)
Resumed Date: 01/17/2002

Approved Date: 06/13/2002

One after-thought about my GC process:
I should rather choose Consular Process when I made the decision.
I should rather hire my own lawyer for my GC when I started it.

My company\'s outside-of-California immigration attorney(s) is prone to delay/slow down the whole process. It took 3 months (mid-Jan. to end-Apr. 2001) for discussing, document-collecting, form-filing, form-verifying and finally filing.
I checked with them about the process status once a month and got late responses/no response. Moreover, they told me they received the receipts at end of Sept. 2001, but the receipts were dated by them at end of July 2001. How bad is that!!

Anyway, for those guys trying to make decision about sponsored GC process, you better check the history/record about your company\'s immigration attorney with your colleagues. You\'d rather pay couple thousand bucks and have the control than try to deal with two monsters - your attorney and the INS.

congrats !

I myself think we should have gone for CP but the lawyers do a good job of discouraging you from doing it.

Congratulations :)

My I write to your private email address??

Finally you got it, thats the most important thing.

Good Luck.

Myself and my lawyer recieved the notices.

But, I never check the AVM. I\'ll do it after I got our passports stamped.
