WAC#01-150-XXXXX No FP for me & my wife got FP

  I didn\'t get the Fp notice while my wife got it,but i\'m a primary applicant. CIBA please give any suggestion... Is this normal?????

My last name starts with \'S\'. No FP,WAC# 01-142-XXXX. My Friends got FP notices last week and their last names starts with "C","G","M". They do not have US degrees but PD are earlier than me.
