Hi,
The following is my case details:
EB2-NIW, china
PD: 06/1999
RD: 01/15/2001
ND: 02/01/2001
Finger print scheduled on 04/18/2000, done on 03/17/2000
Case was assigned to officer on 07/17/2001, and approved on 07/23/2001.
We called INS in the morning of 07/23/2001 and was told our cases are still
pending. Today I got the good news from AVM.

This message board has been very helpful. I never posted before, but I feel obligated to contribute some information. Many thanks to Ciba, and everyone who posted here.

Yes, IIo told me my case was assigned to officer on 7/17 when I called on 7/23.
