I came through desi consultancy on last Nov month. He never generated any pay stub till now and insurance. whenever ask abour salary, he used to pay me through cheque as advance.
Before i receive SSN Card, I work with a client for last month project. I have timesheet document from client. He file W4 document for the year of 2007.
1. Do i get W2 form for 2006, which i work for Dec 2006 ?
2. If he didn't generated paystub, do i get any issue in future ?
3. Can i go legally file the case through court ?
4. Do i need to pay back the advance amount ? If i don't pay, did he make any legal action against me ?
5. desi consultancy is not actively process interview, he makes very slow...he get interview monthly once. Can i break bound written document (employement agreement signed in the paper) mentioned 12 months work in the same concern ? Is it legal to file the case against to me ?
