I passed 210 days after filing my 485 and am going to use my EAD for a new job as a W2 Consultant(Hourly rate).
I talked to the old company(company which filed for my labor and 140) and I was told that just in case of a RFE they are ready to give an employement letter saying that My job as in the labor is still open and as soon as I get my approval of 485 I can join back.
My questions:
1. Is this legally ok if the old employer gives a employement letter in the above form just in case of a RFE?
2. if yes, Does anybody know how that letter should look like?
3. Do I need a letter from the new company in that case?
