W2 and TaxForms for January/2006 Appointment

I have booked a B1/B2 Visa Appointment for my Parents on January/12/2006 . I will try to get my W2 and TAX PAPERS for year-2005 before the appointment time.

BUT INCASE I am not able to get them on-time , is it ok if they go to Appointment without my W2 and Tax papers or is it good to have another later date when I am sure to get my papers. Please advice. (I am having all my paystubs)

Also, is it good if I alone sponsor my parents (I am their 2nd daughter) or should myself and my husband (both working) should sponsor my parents?

As long as you can show liquid assets to cover their expenses here, you should be OK.
Plus its well known that W2 statements can be sent as late as Jan 31st - so you should be OK if you don't have it by then.
You can always substantiate your earnings using
a) Employment Letter
b) Bank statements
c) Paystub copies.

Don't worry about W2.
