I was just going through my checklist, and notice that my company attorney did not ask me for any W2 and paystub copies. This is standard operation for all applications and none of my colleagues have ever got a RFE! All I had sent was Employment verification letter from the payroll department, and a bank statement.
So, I wonder why people get RFE for stuff like W2 and recent paystub?
Any thoughts?
