Can any one tell me what these are ?
whats best for you as an employee?

how are these different from on another ?

is 50/hr on corp to corp or 1099 good ? to make a decent living in new york / new jersey

is 1099 and corp to corp the same ?

I have a job offer that i need to respond to at the earliest.

Note for your own protection that if you are billing as 1099 or corp-to-corp and acting like an employee you can get penalized big time by the IRS.
 
There are multiple Forms 1099, such as 1099-MISC, 1099-A, 1099-B, 1099-C, 1099-DIV, 1099-G, 1099-INT, 1099-LTC, 1099-R, 1099-S, etc. Can yo be more specific??

Form W-2 (Wage and Tax Statement) is the form used to report an employee's wages/salary to the IRS, Social Security Administration, state and local tax authorities and to the employee himself.

Not sure what you want for "corp to corp".
