I was on H1 earlier for about 4 years from 2002 to 2005. Out of these 4 years I was on bench for some time during the first two years. My income for the first two years was also quite less. My W-2s for those 2 years reflects that I had less income. I had come back to India and I have been working in India since the past two years. Now I am going again for H1B Stamping interview at the US Consulate in Chennai.
Overall the W-2s for last three years(2004 to 2006) are fine but the W-2s for the 2 years 2002 and 2003 are not fine.
I wanted to know if they would ask my W-2s for 2002 and 2003 when I had lesser income? Would this cause any problem at the interview?
