W-2 form required by RFE

I submitted the photocopies of my W2 (3 years) for my I-140. USCIS accepted it. Unless, USCIS has specifically requested for the originals (W2) in the RFE letter, you might submit the copies of your W2s.

Thanks a lot for the inputs! The WAC and officer #s are as follows.

WAC#: WAC-02-059-XXXXX
Officer#: CSC 9373 WS 24419 (Not sure if this # is the right one)

The RFE I got does not request the salary amount, but an EVL showing I am employed full-time (40 hrs per week) in a permanent job! Also, submit Form W-2 for the last three years.

Never submit any originals. They don't return and what if it lost in mail or something.

hello

Hello,
Only photocopy is ok, with a attestation that you will submit orginal whenever if requested.
