VWP for wife of US Citizen

My wife is Latvian and I am a US citizen living the past 7 years in Latvia with a Latvian work permit (self employed). We want travel together to the US with our 3 month old son for Easter in Florida with grandma with my wife on the VWP.

Everything I have read regarding the VWP is that she is eligible. She received the ESTA after truthfully answering all questions. She has never applied for us visa, etc.

Other than the usual documents to prove ties to Latvia any suggestions?

What is the probability we will have problems at the POE?
 
She should be fine. Make sure that the documents she has proves strong ties to Latvia (mortgage papers, letter from work stating when she is due back etc).

Bear in mind, anyone travelling on VWP can be denied entry as only USCs are guaranteed entry. However, I personally think your wife should be fine, especially as both your main domicile is Latvia.
