Hi i was just wondering if i go to the usa on VWP and whilst im there invest in a buisness does that make me eligible to stay and aplly for change of status?????????or is there any way of changing your status on visa waiver programme or is it impossible???
If you read the back of your VWP which you signed and should be in your passport, you'll see that it states "you may not apply for ....2) adjustment of status to temporary or permanent resident"......the ONLY time AOS can be done from VWP is through marriage.
