VSF Center - Mumbai / Hyderabad ???

Hello All: My mother got an interview on June 22 at Mumbai Consulate for
Immigrant Visa under category IR5.

She is asked to submit the documents at VSF center at Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Pune and Kolkataas VSF centers as per the application packet she received.

Can she submit all requested documents at VSF center at Hyderabad instead of Mumbai? Please note Hyderabad is not listed in there.

Thanks, Sorry for asking again... there were too many suggestions out side the forum, but it's clear now.

Also, the medical examination went fine at Lilawati Hospital. Thanks for suggestions.
