VSC will not entertain any ammended I-140 because of AC-21

Looks like VSC will not entertain any ammended I-140 because of AC-21.
They are not entering any ammended I 140 in the system. It is just been kept in the file so that the examiner can look at it as a employer letter.

How did you know this? Is this your personal assumption? Each service ctrs. should send a receipt notice for the cases that they received and obviously I think they will enter the same into their system. I may be wrong.

I spoke to a friendly IIO today she told me that because of AC- 21 nobody may be required to file ammended I 140 . If required there will be a RFE for emplyment letter from the new employer or merged/Aquired companies.
