VSC Voice Mail says my August 01 filed I-140 is Approved.

Folks,

My case is EB3, RD August 29th and ND September 6th. EAC-01-263-xxxxx.

I just checked the VM and it says my case is approved on October 15th but whene I checked it Monday, there was usual greetings with 140 to 250 days waiting period.

I just spoke to my Lawyer. He called VSC VM to verify and he can\'t believe what he heard and says his other client with August date is also approved. Neither I nor my layer have received the approval notice on the mail yet.

two questions for you

1) is your rd aug29 or aug1 (i am confused because of your heading)
2) do you have an entry in the tracker? if not could you update it?
