VSC speed?

Last I checked the VSC processing dates for I-485 it was set at Jun 2003... what happenned? Are they really processing as much as they're saying? or is this another ploy to poke fun at us?

Yeah, the forums were abuzz with the change. Though it sounds unrealistic, there might be some truth about the dates, as they are processing lots of May/June/July 2003 cases these days. Atleast you can initiate an inquiry about your cases as it was filed before.

Now, the online notice says this htough:

"On October xx, 2004, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 365 and 540 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case."

What the h3ll? Does this mean I may go for another 2 years with the same ol soap box? How do I track this thing? It's all so confusing now.
 
I think RFE notices says that if you don't heAR BACK IN 60 DAYS then please ping us back :)

But tell you what, I know so many people who got RFE/Approval in last 45 days or so, let alone all approvals, who ever replied back RFE got approved in 60 days, so I think you are right there on the gate, wait there some one will open the gate very soon, any time.....
